I notice that Galt, along with its apparent twin sister city Lodi, with large Hispanic, Pakistani and other ethnicities lacks the appointment of these very important citizens on their boards, in their appointments, city council, management, fire, police and staff? Why is that with the ethnic population of both towns seems to be nearing 50% or more? Why is that and who makes these decisions?
