Sexual Assault , a long time bad feeling for the victim. on another internet page of this subject, back in 2010 i typed this comment, repeated here for continuity.

In light of this story "Lodi man convicted of rape gets life without parole" , i come back to this internet page, to reread, the thoughts, of Captain Chris Piombo. Rather courageous of him to step up to the public safety plate, and say, young men / boys, hands off for sex of underage girls. I know the message is important, and he delivered it here, straight forward . Way to go Chris,

i hope your retirement is filled with lots of social events, and good connections all around.

I hope a few teachers, in the high schools, pick up on this story, as well as dads with young boys, and read this to them, and get them to give their thoughts on the matter. it is of ongoing importance.

i hope a few reach out quietly to the family of the young girl and give moral, and emotional support , "that went through this terrible ordeal". In cause and effect " imo " this is one of the most serious a young woman can go through,

Men, let us keep our woman safe, with a place to talk out their feelings and thoughts, of transgressions,

i have so come to enjoy the Lodi area, Every where i have been on a day trip to your fine city,j i was treated, with smiles, and politeness. the book lady, tom's books, and the safe way, that Mr. Israel manages.

A good community is a supporting community, my eye has been captured by a Senorita with big brown eyes, and a great smile. kind of makes me feel good about myself, in all of this , i will stay a Sentinel and a Guardian, in Vancouver, or your fine place of Lodi / Acampo / Galt,

Chris, your one fine Champion of a Man
