Donated to a shelter for what purpose? The horse was starved to death. And then mutilated and dumped. What on earth would a shelter want it for? :(

Was the carcass in good enough
shape to be donated to a shelter???

I live in Lockeford. Please if you have seen anything...report anything suspicious. This is the third horse in our area to be dumped after being killed by horrible details. We have a serial horse killer out here somewhere! This needs to have everyone's attention in Lockeford and in our surrounding cities and countryside. This makes me not only mad but very sad. Please be aware and ask your law enforcement people to put more efforts in solving these horrific murders.
