A Malaysian dish called "gado gado" was prepared during the International Food Fair at English Oaks Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lodi on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012. Gado gado includes a mixture of green beans, bean sprounts, spinach, cucumbers, tofu and boiled eggs. It's topped with peanut sauce. To the right are "kush goreng, which contains a choice of fried bananas or sweet potatoes.
