A Lodi man faces felony charges after he was arrested for pointing a green laser beam at a California Highway Patrol aircraft early Sunday.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., a CHP aircraft was flying over Lodi after there had been reports of a green laser beam being pointed into the air, according to Cpl. Dale Eubanks of the Lodi Police Department.

Not in exact reference to the laser, but we have noticed a plane flying at late hours, in circles around Lodi, very low and it keeps us awake or actually wakes us up. It is so annoying. What are they looking for? Who are they "spying on" now? Last time it was the FBI looking into the Pakistani family who were eventually arrested...Lodi is such an iterating little town!!! Maybe our "laser man" is just trying to figure it all out....
