The owner of a Galt internet cafe, who was arrested last month after police said he owned a slot machine and unlawfully permitted the operation of a gaming device, has filed a lawsuit against the Galt Police Department seeking to recover equipment confiscated by officers.
However, in court documents, Peng Fei Lin, arrested at the Lucky Internet Cafe, said until its closure his business provided Internet access and a variety of other computer-based programming to its customers.

I guess Lodi doesn't have any crime to speak of. Like no gangs problems, rapes, murders, assaults, burglaries, robberies etc.... i guess the police there don't have much to do, so I can certainly understand why they would go after the guy trying earn a living. Maybe he should go out a rob a bank!
Its amazing to me that not too long ago the police department in Lodi was crying they wouldn't be able to enforce these kind of lower level crimes. I guess they were just fear mongering at the time, or maybe out right lying in order to keep the money rolling in.... Got too keep that overtime a flowing and all those fun toys these boys love to purchase with tax payer money!
And of course the police in their zeal take other people property like its no big deal. I wonder how they would like it if we took some of their property.... O my gosh don't go there.....

Both charges are misdemeanors that could later escalate into a major crime.
