I have read about this kind of thing from time to time in my 55 years. I still don't understand how you can move a vehicle when you know your three year old is outside.

And a three year old should NOT be outside unless the parent allows this and is supervising that child. If that were the case this would never happen...

What a terrible tragedy. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family at this time.
