Gabe is an approximately 8 to 9-month-old Dachshund and possible Labrador mix. He is neutered, has current vaccinations and has a microchip. Gabe was rescued from a shelter that wouldn’t put him up for adoption because they believed he was an aggressive dog — he is not. He has such a sweet heart, loves other dogs and most other dogs like him. The dogs that don’t like him as much are more sedentary and don’t like his playful frolics.
Gabe is a happy dog, loves his squeaky toys, and will catch a ball but loves his squeaky toys better. Gabe loves his chewies, going for walks with the “Walk n Wag” group and riding in the car. He loves people and is affectionate. He will make a wonderful sturdy companion — 25 pounds, not too small or too big.
Gabe is being offered for adoption through Animal Friends Connection, a Lodi nonprofit organization dedicated to helping companion animals since 1990. For more information about Gabe, call or 209-365-0535.
