I thought when Mr. Singer was beaten to death, it would be the final straw. I was wrong. Maybe the city council likes to read news articles like that. If they don't, then I challenge them to put action to words. Enough with excuses and PC politics.

Socrates: The Lodi mayor and the police chiefs, last one and new one, have been told about the 287(g) training for TFO's many times. But until the people force the issue, gangs and violent crime will continue to grow in Lodi. Lou Dobbs rocks!

In many states and cities, the police are checking the status of the criminal if he is a legal or illegal immigrant or US citizen born in the USA. Lodi as a city can adopt a measure to train Lodi officers to check the legal status of the criminal and hand him over to immigration authorities for deportation. If Lodi citizens are concerned, we must make this a priority for Lodi police and city council. You all need to watch Lou Dobbs on CNN each night to get the truth.

Max: You are right again! Pepper spray works for anyone NOT on PCP, which is dwindling in popularity according to my friends who are Police Officers.Seems to me like a fair fight, NOT! If he had a CCW, the case would be closed. How can adult misfits behave like this? Return them to the care/ financial responsibility/liability of their momma! Do they have jobs? How many children, grand-children? And you wonder why we have so much crime! She should have used a couple of condoms! Then I, WE, WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THEIR FARE! Condoms, Rubbers, IUDS, Sterilization: they work!!!

T&C a guard with a night stick might get it shoved where the sun don`t shine. Pepper spray is the way to go. Finally got my wife to carry it. Look in the paper, there are advertisments for armed guards all the time. Not sure what they are guarding, but it seems the company they work for is willing to take the responability for their employee`s to pack heat.

Unarmed security guards are supposed to "observe and report" only. The driver of the Ford Ranger pick-up ran from the scene--why?? What's the politically incorrect question here? LOL

That security guard should have a nightstick or at least a large can of pepper spray for his own protection. Typically, guard agencies policy is "See nothing, Do nothing" for lawsuit reasons! Idiots can target this guy and take his life just for the fun of it! I think crimes of all sorts are VERY UNDER-REPORTED at the city parking garage. But I am here to assure tc, patton1, T&C TandC and all his other blog names, that crime at the city garage has nothing to do with "GOBS"!

A security guard was attack at the parking garage, some security. Like the old song goes " If your gonna do it, do it right " by that I mean packing a glock or S&W to protect yourself and therefore able to do your job without getting your azz kicked.

Was the gentleman at the care home in this country legally? I would not dare ask that about the other incidents because it would be politically incorrect to point out such issues.

I think we need to pass laws to make sure that all owners of walkers have those walkers licensed and registered, so we know who they are.
