WILLIAM DAWES said, "Joe, you may want to copy these attacks on you, by Doug, and give them to the cops". I have a monster 3TB external hard drive and make it a habit to copy every post I make and every response to my posts from anyone, good or bad. If needed, I can print them all out in very short order.

Joe Baxter, you've taken your silly little game far enough. The only one stalking you will be the SJ county sheriff's office. Have a good day, phony joe.

Raymond, you're pretty naive and need to distance yourself from the sheepherd. There is an inquiry division at the SJ county sheriff's website. I'm waiting for the callback. Joe Baxter seems to be an anonymous blogger hiding behind his computer. And, Jamie, read my post again. I was referring to phony joe, not you.

JAMIE, I don't think anyone on this forum, with the exception of you know who, read anything racial in your original post. Violent criminals cross the whole ethnic spectrum and personal protection is your right as guaranteed by the Constution of the United States.

Mr. Dawes. I thoroughly agree with you on the e-verify system, although it is in effect, it is not mandatory for all employers, I think only those who are vendors or sub-contractors with the federal government, and then only if the jurisdictions decide to use e-verify or the local government passes new laws or ordinances requiring it. I wonder how many job openings would become available at the canneries, agriculture and bakery in Lodi alone if e-verify were mandatory? If our dysfunctional political system required all employers to use e-verify there would be plenty of jobs for those who are here with legal documents and US citizens. With the recent re-enactment of this "new spending" bill I've lost confidence in President Obama and compare him to our last resident, appointed by the far right judges on the Supreme Court who took us to two conflicts, Iraq and Afghanistan, to get revenge for Saddam Hussein being so mean to his daddy, another dysfunctional president. Carry on, obstructionists, we're already being declared into the beginning of a double dip recession.

I guess Doug was caught blatantly violating rule number 4.

As for the increase in violence that is easy to explain. As the economy continues to stay depressed more and more people are becoming desperate and frustrated. The more desperate and frustrated a person is the more likely they are to turn to violence to solve their problems.

@ Joe and William and the rest of the people here on this discussion board, I want to make one thing clear, I my comment was about self protection AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE !!

ROBERT IS RIGHT - The only way anyone can find out whether or not an individual has a valid CCW is for law enforcement to have a case number affiliated with the inquiry.

Raymond Cook, out of curiosity I contacted a friend who works at the Federal level of law enforcement and you are very right. The only way anyone can find out whether or not an individual has a valid CCW is for law enforcement to have a case number affiliated with the inquiry. So as usual, he is blowing smoke if he says he has that information. Typical of his BS postings. Guess that makes him the LIAR that he likes accusing of others being.

William Dawes, you are so right, there are a couple of people like him on this forum that are incapable of mounting any credible counter points to prove their arguments or disprove anyone elses arguments so they simply resort to playing the race card.

As for HATERS? You have it wrong as usual Doug!

Illegals got America, BILLIONS in Criminal Prosecutions, Imprisonment, Food Stamps and Welfare from dropping (Anchor Baby after Anchor Baby) in their bid to avoid DEPORTATION "If & When" they are caught... and Billions more in ER Visits, not to mention Billions they (WIRE) back (HOME) to Mexico instead of spending that money here in America to help our Countries Economy.

Obama will FIGHT to the END to grant AMNESTY to millions of illegals because Hispanics are traditionally DEMOCRAT VOTERS and you of all people cannot deny that FACT!

If Obama had ANY Backbone or interest in protecting America and our way of life, he would make E-Verification mandatory nationwide. That Doug will never happen on Obama's watch!

One must ask.... Why are there McDonald's Billboard's on Lodi Avenue (COMPLTELY IN SPANISH) when if hispanics are Legal citizens here, they already know how to read, speak and read ENGLISH?

There is NO reason other than GREED to pander after millions who refuse to apply for Immigration and learn to read, write and speak English.

What part of my post, as an AMERICAN, Doug, do you disagree with?

Doug; I shouldn't be the one to have to say it; but (YOU) do not have ACCESS to the list of citizens in Lodi who have CCW permits; let alone the ENTIRE State Of California. But your comment did bring a chuckle to this forum as usual.

    Thank you.

@Doug. Joe is not breaking any laws by giving his comments. But you, Doug, seem to be stalking him, by your own description of your actions.

Joe, you may want to copy these attacks on you, by Doug, and give them to the cops

@ Doug, Use the race card when you have no facts or laws to back you up. So typical.

Must be tough going through life with your brain half missing from the efffects of 45 years of booze and drugs.I would imagine that what brain is left just can't function at the level that would keep you mentally stable. Sad, sad, sad.

Ah, the haters are out tonight, even phony joe. Joe, why don't you tell us your real name? After my query of a stalker, there is no such Joe Baxter listed in CA witth a ccw permit. With your attitude and racist asides you should be sleeping with your ccw and trigger finger ready. You're othing but an outright liar, phony joe.

The push cart ice cream vendor was most likely a hispanic man that was trying to work and earn an honest living and these punks saw fit not only to try to rob him but to shoot him as well. Real macho punks.

WILLIAM DAWES. and the beat goes on. ILLEGAL invaders cost American taxpayers millions of dollars. But Obama views them as "future democrats" and voters for his 2012 re-election as soon as he crams amnesty down America's throat just as he did Obamacare. I am thinking he won't be so successful this time as the House isn't ruled by Liberal puppets like when Obamacare narrowly passed. And even some of his democratic allies are starting to realize his agenda is is not in the best interest of our nation.

This city should be forced to use E-Verify for business, school, and benefits. Then a lot of these "problems" will go away.

Today, I saw an illegal lose his car to a tow truck because he, dah!, had no license. Then some "citizen" inside Carls Jr., and in front of his kids, said that the police should give the guy a ride. When they didn't, the "dad" gave the illegal a ride home.

Once again, the liberals are teaching their kids how to aid and abet illegal invaders who have no right to be here.

Walking by the mom and her kids I stated loudly, "this is why we have kids that grow up breaking the law, because their parents do it. The illegal could be a child sex offender, a gang member, etc. no one knows his background HE"S ILLEGAL. Their dad was guilty of a Federal crime for aiding and abetting an illegal invader.

Jamie Scarbrough, check into obtaining a CCW, you might be surprised at the cost and process. Mine is a legacy from my former employment and I don't venture far without personal protection, there are some violent people out there with no regard to anyone's life. Saddly articles like these are only going to be more frequent. I remember when Lodi would go years without a homicide, now it seems there is at least one a month or so. Wonder why that is?? Oh yeah, now I remember.

Situations like these are making me think harder about open carry of a hand gun. I have talked about it with my wife and more and more lean to doing so. If it did not cost so much I would get a CCW and carry my hand gun that way.
Either way with the cut backs in law enforcement, I would think San Joaquin Sheriff would start to take notice and adopt the Sacramento Sheriffs attitude and issue more, but until then I think I will exercise my right and openly carry my hand gun!!!
