The following is a list of public meetings in the Lodi and Galt areas this week:

Tuesday

Galt City Council

Key items:

  • Consider 2010-11 and 2011-12 budget adjustments.
  • Discuss the proposed sale of alcohol during the Farmers Market as part of the Shop Local campaign.
  • Adopt a resolution approving fees for artificial turf field use, light use and picnic site fees at Walker Community Park.
  • Consider recommending 2010 to 2015 capital improvement program budget adjustments.
  • Adopt a resolution approving the recommended Walker Community Park artificial turf field use, light use and picnic site fees.

When and where: Galt City Council, Council Chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt.

Lodi City Council

Key item: Receive presentation regarding fiscal year 2011-12.

When and where: 7 a.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Lodi Unified School District board of trustees study session

Key item: Hear a report on the governor’s May revise and budget discussion for the next school year.

When and where: 5 p.m., James Areida Education Support Center, 1305 E. Vine St., Lodi.

San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

Key items:

  • Consider opening the Woodbridge Wilderness Area for the third weekend of each month from June through December this year.
  • Consider appointing Tom Gau as public works director and county surveyor. He would make $162,074.

When and where: 9 a.m., board chambers, 44 N. San Joaquin St., sixth floor, Stockton.

San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

Key item: Public hearing on the county General Plan update.

When and where: 1:30 p.m., board chambers, 44 N. San Joaquin St., sixth floor, Stockton.

Wednesday

Galt Joint Union Elementary School District board of trustees

When and where: 7 p.m., Galt City Hall, City Council chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt.

Lodi Planning Commission

The regularly scheduled meeting is canceled.

Lodi Site Plan and Architectural Committee

The regularly scheduled meeting is canceled.

Thursday

Woodbridge Municipal Advisory Council

Key item: San Joaquin County Sheriff Steve Moore will discuss the county budget and how it will affect the Community Car program.

When and where: 7 p.m., Lodi Elks Lodge, 19071 N. Lower Sacramento Road, Woodbridge.

San Joaquin Partnership

Key items:

  • Governor’s proposed revised budget on enterprise zones for the 2011-12 fiscal year.
  • Development Oversight Committee report.
  • Possible appointment of a president/CEO.

When and where: 8 to 9:30 a.m., 2800 W. March Lane, Suite 470, Stockton.
