Between the hours of 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Wednesday, the Lodi Police Department received 318 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls.

Monday

Panhandling: 12:33 p.m. — A woman was panhandling along the center divider on Kettleman Lane, just east of Highway 99.

Smoking restroom: 1:05 p.m. — A men’s room was smoking in the 200 block of East Locust Street.

Gunshots: 1:36 p.m. — Two people were firing what sounded like gunshots to the west near Raley’s at Lower Sacramento Road and Lodi Avenue.

Underage drinking: 7:03 p.m. — Six to eight juveniles were reportedly drinking alcohol in the 300 block of East Locust Street.

More gunshots: 7:47 p.m. — Someone heard several gunshots in the 900 block of South Garfield Street.

Harassing customers: 10:13 p.m. — Subjects were reportedly harassing customers at a check-cashing business in the 2300 block of West Kettleman Lane.

Possible gunshots: 11:29 p.m. — Someone heard 20 to 30 gunshots behind a residence in the 1000 block of South Hutchins Street.

Tuesday

Blow-up decoration stabbing: 8:02 p.m. — A woman jumped out of the passenger side of a pick-up truck and stabbed a blow-up Christmas decoration in a front yard in the 200 block of Applewood Drive.
