The Galt Joint Union High School District will hold a special meeting tonight to approve the 2011-12 budget. A public hearing will be held to receive input on the planning document for next school year.
The district is facing a $2 million deficit and is already planning to likely borrow from outside sources to meet financial demands, Chief Business Official Audrey Kilpatrick said in a report earlier this month.
