As Bob Johnson ends second term as Lodi’s mayor, he touches on employee benefits, public input

    Lead by example mayor.
    Give back or at least pay for some of the very generous benifits we rate payers must provide you---full health care including vision, dental and perscriptions---retirement pay plus your monthly pay--plus plus whatever.
    How can you ask city employees to accept cuts whiile your "unearned" ( in my view) remain untouched and under the radar?
