Sissie is a 2-year-old chiweenie — dachshund and Chihuahua mix. She is spayed and her vaccinations are current. She will have a microchip before going to her new home.

Sissie has expressive eyes, and almost looks like she is part beagle. Her family is no longer able to keep her. Sissie is house-trained to potty pads and sleeps inside the house. She knows the commands “sit,” “stay,” “down” and “come.”

She knows when you say “bye bye,” and also responds to “in the car.” Sissie is shy, gentle, affectionate and well-mannered. She is protective and playful, and she likes children, other dogs, riding in the car, walking on the leash and going to dog parks. Sissie is a sweet, loving dog who will make a good companion.

Sissie is being offered for adoption through Animal Friends Connection, a Lodi nonprofit organization dedicated to helping companion animals since 1990. For more information about Sissie, call 209-368-1761 or 209-365-0535.
