From 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Post Office Plaza on School Street, Dennis Bloom of Spinning Tunes will be playing live music and the DLBP will host a raffle for a $50 gift certificate to Fashion Safari. This week's special guest is Operation Lifesaver, a nonprofit organization of Union Pacific Railroad.
