    LODI — The San Joaquin County Coroner has identified the victim who was found stabbed to death in a Vine Street house fire on Sunday. That man was 53-year-old Alan Karl Gregor Jr. whose most recent address was Lodi. Residents in the area have all described him as a kind and personable man, and a good neighbor. Police are still investigating this incident. Anyone with information should call Detective Erika Urrea at 209-333-6885 or call Lodi Area Crimestoppers at 209-369-2746 to remain anonymous.
