    SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY — The victim in a hit-and-run crash on Tully Road just south of Kettleman Lane on Wednesday has been identified as 41-year-old Justin Paul Funke of Lockeford by the San Joaquin County Coroner. An unknown vehicle was traveling north on Tully Road that evening when it struck Funke. It was unclear if he was walking in the road or on the shoulder when the incident happened. He sustained fatal injuries as a result of being hit by the car. Anyone with information regarding this traffic collision should contact the Stockton CHP office at 209-938-4800.
