Highlights of the trip: Attending a Papal Audience in Vatican Square, witnessing a Deaconate Ordination in St. Peter’s Basilica, vieiwing the Sistine Chapel, making a wish at the Trevi Fountain, touring the Colesseum and the ancient Catacombs, and then journeying to the magical town of Assisi. We enjoyed lots of good food an beautiful weather.
