Who went: Ron, Tami, Samantha and Ashley Williams, of Lodi.
The trip: We spent 12 wonderful days at the Beach Club Villas in Walt Disney World.
Highlights: Ron, me and our two granddaughters Samantha, 11, and Ashley, 2, had a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World. First, we surprised the girls with a limo ride from the airport to WDW. Samantha was jumping up and down and Ashley said, "Big car!" What a fun ride that was. Samantha has been there many times before and this was Ashley's first visit. We all had a great time riding all the rides and seeing all the characters. Ashley really surprised us by loving all the rides — even the scary ones! She did, however, not like any of the characters if they were too close. She would wave from a distance, and that was good enough for her. Samantha and her Papa had a great time going down Summit Plummet, a 12-foot-high water slide at Blizzard Beach. Another favorite was the new "Toy Story" ride. That was awesome! We also enjoyed breakfast with Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore and dinner with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy. We hope to plan many more trips to Walt Disney World in the future.
