California State Championship Chili Cookoff and Car Show

Watch teams from California and across the United States battle for chili supremacy and the California State Champion title. The public will have the opportunity to sample world class chili and vote for the People’s Choice award. Proceeds from the event benefit the Lodi Public Library Foundation. The day-long event also includes a car show with 200 classic cars and motorcycles, music by disc jockey Brian Fagundes, food, a marketplace of vendors and craftsmen and Woodbridge wines to sample or purchase. 5950 E. Artisan Masters Lodi Wine and Art Auction

The Artisan Masters Inaugural Lodi Wine & Art Auction will feature barrel tasting abd a silent auction of only single-vineyard Zinfandel wines, a five course winemaker dinner, unique juried art and live music. This is an opportunity to taste distinctive vineyard-designated wines from over 20 boutique wineries and different appellations side-by-side. A winemaker will be seated at each guest table to pair and pour and tell the story behind the wine. The Lodi Arts Foundation will bring together some of the most distinguished artists displaying works in a wide range of media. Proceeds support art and educational scholarships for future world-class artisans of wine, art and gourmet cuisine. Hutchins Street Square, 125 S. Lodi Tokay Rotary Oktoberfest

Join the Lodi Tokay Rotary Club for a night of German eating and dancing. All proceeds go to the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation. Admission is $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Children 6 to 13 are $10, and children under 6 are free. Admission includes traditional German food. Beer and wine are available for purchase. American Legion Hall, 320 N.
