Starry Night Poetry Series featuring Dorine Jennette

Poet Dorine Jennette will be the featured poet at the monthly Starry Night Poetry event on Sunday. Jennette's poetry and prose have appeared in The Journal, Coconut, Court Green, the Los Angeles Review, and mrore. Her collection, "Urchin to Follow," was recently released to by The National Poetry Review Press. She is a copy editor in the humanities for university presses. She lives in Davis. Starry Night Poetry is held in the Sullivan Community Room at the Lodi Public Library, 201 W. Locust St. The event is Sunday from 2 to 4:30 p.m. She will be followed by an open-microphone session. For information, contact the Lodi Library at 333-5503 or Starry Night Poetry at 210-8675.
