Decorators’ hard work shone brightly at Festival of Trees

Volunteers decorated 75 Christmas trees with bows, tinsel and shiny ornaments for the 22nd Annual Festival of Trees at the San Joaquin County Historical Museum. Some elaborate designs took 16 hours for assembly. That’s not counting the time spent making many ornaments by hand.
