My sleeping schedule differs from numerous individuals. I have adopted the, “Kobe Bryant sleeping method,” and thus sleep in two hour intervals. For instance, I’ll sleep from 8 p.m. — 10:00 p.m. and then from 3:00 a.m. — 5:00 a.m. This allows me to be much more productive.
