Q: What would you be doing on a rainy Thursday night?

A: I absolutely love to read. I'd probably be cuddled up with a blanket on my couch reading.

Q: What is one thing your students would never guess about you?

A: I love to sing karaoke and dance.

Q: What are your favorite foods?

A: Growing up in a diverse city such as Sacramento, I have been exposed to many types of foods. I enjoy Japanese, Cambodian, Thai and Italian food.

Q: How would you like to be remembered?

A: I'd like to be remembered as a person who was wise, influential, passionate and kind. I strive daily in order to fulfill those characteristics, especially in the arena of teaching.

Q: Where is the best place you've ever visited?

A: I think Siem Reap, Cambodia is on the top of my list. It was wonderful to go and visit my home country to see the Angkor Temples. Not only was the experience great, but it was extremely empowering to see first-hand what my ancestors had accomplished.
