Where did you go to high school?

I went to high school in San Leandro and graduated in Orange County.

What are your favorite foods?

I love all types of food. My favorites are Mexican, Japanese, Chinese and Greek food.

What types of jobs did you do in high school or college?

I worked at the district office and worked in the accounts payable department. During my senior year I worked at a doughnut shop. During college I was tutoring kids, worked in the university library and also the chemistry lab collecting chemicals that the classes had used. Sometimes there were some crazy things going on in the gallon jar!

Do you collect anything?

My favorite things to collect are rocks and seashells.

Was there a particular teacher that had a strong influence on your life?

My favorite teacher was my creative writing teacher, Mrs. Williams. She inspired us by letting us unlock and tap into our creative abilities. It was so much fun writing poetry and short stories!

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my two kids.
