Q: What would you be doing on a rainy Thursday night?
A: I would be sitting in front of my fireplace reading a good book, or watching my favorite television show, “Grey’s Anatomy.”
Q: What type of jobs did you have in college?
A: I worked for Mattel Toys as a child toy tester. I would have children test new toys that were being developed.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: Scrapbooking, since my children were born.
Q: Where did you go to high school?
A: I went to Tokay High and graduated in 1983.
Q: How would you like to be remembered?
A: As someone who is a loyal friend, a wife and a mother who puts her family first, and a teacher who wants all of her students to be successful and feel wanted and loved.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: The funniest movie I’ve ever seen would be “The Wedding Singer.” I can watch it over and over again and still get a kick out of it.
Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
A: I would want to be able to fly and visit all kinds of interesting places.
Q: Where is the best place you’ve ever visited? Why?
A: Tortola, British Virgin Islands — beautiful water, love the beaches! Spectacular!
Q: What are three things you can’t live without?
A: My relationship with Jesus, my husband Tony, and my two children, Josh and Taylor.
Q: What is the most annoying thing students can do?
A: Choosing not to put forth their best effort, or they completely give up and don’t try.
