Beckman Elementary School names Classroom Heroes

Amanda Dominquez is a 5th Grade student in Mrs. Vallejo’s class at Beckman Elementary. She is Vice President of the Beckman Student Council, a member of Chorus, and participates in Art Club. Amanda balances these activities and achieves high academic scores. Many staff members report that she is helpful around campus at Beckman Elementary — Yvonne Vallejo, Teacher

Rose Uyoa is a 6th grade student and president of student council at Beckman Elementary. She has taken an active role in improving school spirit and community service around campus. She assists with morning announcements, spirit counts, and getting important messages to the student body. She helped collect and box cans for the school’s holiday food drive. — Jon Price, Principal

Marissa Miller is a 5th grade student at Beckman Elementary School. She is an active volunteer with the Chorus program and in the school office. She creates bookmarks with her grandmother to be used for student incentives at Beckman Elementary. She works very hard and assists in her classroom and in the office.
