Where is your favorite place to hang out around town?

We love going to The Rusted Mic to hear great music, or simply walking through farmers market or the Lodi Street Faire.

What are your hobbies?

I love to read, go on day trips to the coast or San Francisco — especially to Giants games.

What would you do if you won a million dollars?

Probably invest a good portion of it, but my husband and I would probably travel with the whole family.

What is something that makes you happy?

I am the most content with life when I’m sitting near the ocean, listening to the surf. Whether I’m with my husband, family or friends, the beach is my happy place.

Where is the best place you’ve ever visited? Why?

I love going to Maui and sitting on top of Haleakala (at 10,000 feet) to watch the sunset. The other place I’ve been that I would love to go back to is Ireland, the Cliffs of Mohr especially. It was an exhilarating and enlightening trip.

How do you dress when you aren’t in the classroom?

I live in jeans and my Rainbows.

What type of music do you listen to? Favorite artists?

I listen to mainly country music. I don’t have a favorite artist necessarily, but (I like) Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, George Strait and many others.
