A rock-and-stucco finish, shuttered windows and porch columns provide an enchanting facade for the Huntersville (D8511).

There are a number of rooflines and many decorative touches that make this four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom, two-story, 2,608-square-foot home unique. Visitors will be in a hurry to enter so that they can see if the Huntersville is as interesting inside as it is appealing outside.

The entry faces the family room, with the dining room to one side and the den-living room on the other. The den is separated from the open foyer by French doors. The open dining area is connected to the kitchen via the hearth room. Located between the family room and the hearth room is a two-way fireplace, open to both rooms. Hence the reason for a hearth room.

Behind the hearth room is a half-bathroom with the utility opposite. The door to the two-car garage is at the end of the hallway between the utility and half-bath.

The long kitchen runs toward the rear of the home. It has a corner pantry, long counters and a cook island in the center. A nook is situated opposite the hearth room and has a door that opens to the back yard.

The large, open family room has three large windows facing the rear. Next to the fireplace is an entertainment center. Staircases to the second floor and basement are between the family room and the den-living room.

The top floor of the Huntersville is dedicated to bedrooms. There are three spacious bedrooms with wall closets and large windows. A full bathroom with dual sinks is located between bedrooms 3 and 4.

The master suite is in the rear, with a 9-foot coffered ceiling. It has two large walk-in closets. Beyond these is a large bathroom with spa tub, shower, dual sinks and a separate toilet area.

The Huntersville is ideal for a large family. The spaciousness and openness of the living areas provide room for privacy and for togetherness.
