Most memorable experience: “Bowling night at Pacific Bowl. It was Team Lodi vs. Team Stockton. Even though Lodi got slaughtered, we got free socks. Lodi Pride!”

Most memorable experience: “Prom night: The German chicken song and flying cheese sticks.”

Plans: After high school, I plan to attend University of California, Davis and major in biological sciences. I plan to pursue a career in medicine, perhaps as a pediatrician.

Activities: I was involved in California Scholarship Federation for four years, drill team for two years, and Tribes of the Pacific for three years. I was historian for Tribes of the Pacific. I was also a part of Students in Prevention, which is active in drug prevention. I was co-chair of a monthly homeless outreach project, and am very active in events at St. Luke’s Catholic Church.

Awards and scholarships: Golden State Merit Diploma, CSF Sealbearer, principal’s list, The Record Pinnacle Team, Students In Prevention volunteerism awards and homecoming court.

Most memorable experience: “Overall high school was a great learning experience, not just in the classroom but in many areas. It’s difficult to choose just one experience because there are so many to choose from.”

Plans: I will be attending Stanford University on a full-ride volleyball scholarship. I plan to work in public relations for a large corporation or in the broadcasting industry. I would also love to travel after college.

Activities: four-year CSF member, CIA, Quill and Scroll club, varsity volleyball and varsity water polo for two years and a conflict manager.

Awards and scholarships: Four year honor roll, Girls’ State nominee, full-ride scholarship for volleyball at Stanford and The Records Pinnacle Team.

Most memorable experience: “My most memorable experience was working as a part of the yearbook staff my junior and senior year.”

Plans: I plan to work in the Bay Area over the summer. During the fall, I will attend University of California, Berkeley. My ultimate career goal has always been to work in the field of law, preferably with troubled youth.

Activities: Varsity basketball, varsity track and field, powder puff, Black Student Union, California Scholarship Federation.

Awards and scholarships: 2001 Girls’ State Delegate, Honor Roll (all four years), Golden State Examination Merit Diploma.

Most memorable experience: “My most memorable experience was taking third place in the 2002 NSBE quiz bowl. I thought an administrator was taking care of the team and when I found out no one was taking charge, I organized a team the day before and we took third with one man down.”

Plans: I have an internship over the summer with San Joaquin Regional Transit District. In the fall, I will be attending University of California, Santa Barbara with a major in environmental studies. I plan to get a graduate degree in the field of environmental studies. Then, I will find a job in the environmentalist movement. I also plan to travel the world.

Activities: Future Business Leaders of America, theater (four plays), cross country, Link Crew, Sierra Club, NorCal Environmental Student Network, track and field, Tokay marching and concert band, helped to create the San Joaquin County Youth Service opportunity guide, volunteering for Moore Biological Consultants, speech and debate.

Awards and scholarships: The Record All-County Pinnacle Team, Bank of America Award for English and a $500 scholarship from the Lodi Garden Club.

Most memorable experience: “Going off-campus for lunch everyday during junior year with the best group of friends ever.”
