Clear deeds of title to Smith Lake property will be ready for the city of Lodi within “two days,” according to L. H. Rinn, realtor, representing L. T. mason in the sale of the property to the city of Lodi for $5,000.

Rinn flayed a letter received yesterday from Irving Bowen of Los Angeles in which announcement of a suit against Maso for the lake property was made. “It’s just a flash in the pan,” said Rinn.
