Hi! Thanks, so are some great ideas. I think setting the alarms early is a particularly useful tip (coincidentally, I started setting my alarm 25 minutes earlier about 6 weeks ago and the extra time is a life saver).
I wanted to offer a free tool for your users who might be interested in some help for starting some new habits; be they getting up earlier, cooking healthier, getting a child involved in helping set up or the morning, etc.
