The start of a new year is often a time we think about how we might want to make this year as good as, or better, than the last. A big part of that is our health. Improving our health means improving our quality of our life. We are the only ones who can do that; here are tips to help.
Rather than focusing on what “not to eat” or “cut out” of your diet, ask yourself, “What can I add?” Here are a few ideas to move you along the path of improving how you feel. I’m keeping this brief and general in hopes of appealing to all readers who I hope will add at least one of these to their daily routine. Remember, simply taking pills to fix things won’t do it — we have to use nutrients, movement and rest to heal our physical self.
