Have you noticed how many foods are now fiber-fortified? Fiber is being added to foods like yogurt, tortillas and wraps, snack bars, pastas and juices, to name a few.

With the average American eating only 12 to 18 grams a day, and a daily goal of 20 to 35 grams (for adults; for children the goal is their age plus five grams), these foods/supplements offer additional sources of fiber.
