It is important to get the correct of calcium each day

Most of us know we need to get enough calcium throughout our life span for bone health, but we’ve also read in the past couple of years that too much calcium isn’t good. In 2010, the National Academy of Sciences updated the recommended daily allowance for calcium recommendations for all age groups.
