Staying mindful, using moderation keeps extra holiday pounds away

’Tis the season many folks overindulge in holiday treats, food and drink and, on average, gain two to five pounds. Why not make this a new holiday season, getting through this busy and festive time without weight gain? Many magazine and newspaper articles will be written with diet tips; those are always worth reading again. On a more general note, we can all benefit from two elements to practice: mindful eating and daily exercise.
