Lodi’s most amazing bounty, beautiful, luscious and succulent tomatoes, are finally in season — my favorite time of year! Not that much needs to be done to a fresh, perfectly ripe tomato outside of slicing and eating, sometimes even minus the slicing. But when looking for a little more, below are some of my favorite tomato recipes to enjoy during this wonderful time of year.
