Celery deserves so much more love. We tend to only make it part of our main cuisine when we are dieting or feeding kids. Affordable and humble, the beautiful celery plant can be absolutely delicious.
We are all familiar with the use of celery in the base of soups, in bloody marys and topped with peanut butter, but the biennial vegetable (a 2-year growing cycle) can also be the star.
