Along with pears and pumpkins, the fall season brings an abundance of apples. In an array of colors, shapes, sizes and flavors; apples are delicious on their own and even on your dinner plate. As far as I am concerned, the humble apple is anything but humdrum. Prepare it in a few new ways, and you will have a delicious and healthy addition to your cooking repertoire.
