Dear Jackie: I seem to overeat a lot when I’m feeling stressed, and I feel like it’s making me gain weight. What should I do?

Stress eating is a common problem. Some recent research suggests that the tasty food we tend to crave when we feel stress may actually help chemically to ease feelings of stress. It makes sense that stress eating is a pretty common problem.
