On Jan. 9, 2010, after all of the gifts have been opened and the new year has been celebrated, you will see our local boys in uniform. Scouts of the 49er district will be searching high and low for your old, dried-out Christmas trees.

This year marks over 50 years of the annual Boy Scout Christmas Tree Collection, which is the largest community service project conducted by your Lodi troops for the year.
