The dog days of summer are just around the corner.

Eating lighter and healthier is often on all of our minds this time of year. For a light and nutritious option, try serving a vegetarian meal every couple of nights. If you have not tried doing this before, you will find that refraining from greasy, heavy protein meals at night is good for your waistline, digestion and even helps you sleep better. Vegetarian meals can be so much more than boring salads and crudités. With the Farmer's Market opening this Thursday, take the opportunity to enjoy more nutrient rich veggies in your diet!
