Meyer Puzon first took an interest in cooking at a young age by watching his mother. He made a mental note to remember both the sights and the smells. After going out on his own, he gathered some of her recipes as well as some he picked up from a short time in the Philippines. Today, he enjoys cooking all kinds of food as well as selling cooking gadgets in his business, Lodi Cooks. In mid-November, he will help teach a knife skills class. On a recent morning, Puzon took some time to share some knife tips.
