Teams battle for best ice sculpture at Lake Tahoe carving competition
Teams will compete at Carve Tahoe’s inaugural international carving competition in North Lake Tahoe from Feb. 8 through 14.

Cost: The event is free to watch. If you would like to vote, a donation is requested which will be given to a local nonprofit group.

Considerations: You will want to make reservations in advance if you are planning to stay any time during the event. The awards ceremony will take place on Feb. 13. The sculptures will remain until nature determines it is time to clean the canvas.
