What's the attraction: We've all been there: A friend comes from out of town and wants to visit Fisherman's Wharf to see the Bay and the seals. You can't stomach the idea of another over-priced meal at a fancy restaurant where you feel underdressed, or the alternative of a rushed meal at a stand where there is nowhere to sit. Well, now you have the option to escape the tourists and eat the best fish and chips in San Francisco without leaving the Wharf.
Why is it special? Off the main drag on Jones Street is a small trailer with a large British flag waving overhead. As you approach, a green fish with pearls, a British flag outfit and bright pink lips will let you know you have officially reached The Codmother Fish & Chips.
