Lorraine Hitchcock is a former owner of Beyond Pots and Pans in Stockton, where she learned a lot about cooking from cooking classes. She learned how to bake from both of her grandmothers and enjoys creating something that others will enjoy. Today, Hitchcock serves as a consulting bakery chef with Towne House restaurant at Wine and Roses and is also the cooking class coordinator. She took some time on a recent afternoon to talk about the art of baking.
