Celebrate art and nature at 52 Artists on 52 Acres
“The Bee Goddess,” by Melanie Pickrell was on display at the 2013 Oakwilde Ranch and Sculpture Spring Art Exhibition. The community is invited to view the new 2014 sculptures at the Opening Gala of the 7th annual Oakwilde Ranch and Sculpture Spring Art Exhibition on April 5.

When: The opening gala is on April 5, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The exhibit will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, and by appointment during the week until May 3.
Where: Oakwilde Ranch and Sculpture, 7111 S. Burson Road, Valley Springs.
Cost: Tickets for the opening gala are $40 per adult and children over 12, and are available until March 31. A $10 donation is expected when visiting the exhibit.

Considerations: A portion of the proceeds will benefit Jagged Lines of Imagination, an art academy in Stockton, and Art Expressions of San Joaquin. There is a limited attendance for the gala.

Oakwilde Ranch and Sculpture’s 7th annual Spring Show will offer monumental sculptures in the beautiful 52-acre private park, 30 miles east of Stockton in the foothills of the Sierra. Oakwilde Ranch & Sculpture is an artist-designed park that celebrates the relationship between temporary art and nature with art in the trees, hillsides, and everywhere. It gives artists an open air gallery, a canvas of possibilities and open space for a fresh sculptural experience.
