What to do with property, money and other items when you die might be the farthest thing from an 18-year-old person's mind. It might even seem distant to a married couple who own a house and have young children.
But David Markee, an educator with Western Estate Services Inc., says that living trusts should be given to young adults as soon as they turn 18.
