Josh McCulloch began working with food at Dominoes Pizza and Red Lobster. From there, he cooked at places such as Rosewood, Woodbridge Golf and Country Club and the Ryde Hotel before attending culinary school in 2008.
In 2012, he was hired as a chef in food services at Lodi Memorial Hospital. He has worked on the Mongolian grill, helped to develop recipes and is currently the supervisor for nutrition and food services. McCulloch took some time on a recent morning to talk about food and cooking at the hospital.
