Lodi Health wellness coordinator Kevin Vondergeest to lead marathon training program
Kevin Vondergeest, Lodi Health’s wellness coordinator, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Vondergeest offers tips to get Lodi residents in shape for a 5K or marathon. He and his wife Jenny will be holding a nine-week marathon training program ahead of Lodi Health’s annual Walk for the Health of It.

If you are interested in the training group, contact Kevin Vondergeest or the Lodi Health Fitness staff at 209-333-3011. Participants are welcome to jump in at any point during the nine-week training schedule.
